Having a client no-show in business happens to everyone, BUT, it happen for a reason. Spoiler alert: you could be doing specific things right now to help clients show up for their appointments AND you can also begin enforcing your own cancellation policy to encourage them to no-show.
Yep! It’s uncomfortable to think about, but we have a lot more power in this area than what we realize.

Clients no-show on you when something is broken in your process, when they feel disconnected and give up, or when they feel like you don’t understand them and what they are going through. AND they no-show when they can get away with it.
This is why a cancellation policy is so important for your boundaries AND to protect the work you do with clients.
